Returns and Refunds

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, so if you aren’t totally satisfied with your product we accept refunds and exchanges within 10 days from purchase!

Due to health and safety purposes, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods that are found to be used, damaged, or opened. We do not refund shipping and handling costs.

Dr Earth’s refund policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If goods purchased are found to be damaged or faulty they may be exchanged or refunded.

You may refund or exchange your product(s) to any one of our stores or return the products via Postage.

Requesting a Refund

If you wish to refund a product whether it be due to a change of mind or faulty product you may contact us at sales@drearth.com.au or via our contact us page. Allow for two business days for instructions on how to proceed. Please do not attempt to mail any products without requesting a refund first.
